A copy of your Emirates ID or passport, the Title Deed or Oqood (for off-plan), and a signed Form A authorising fäm to list. If mortgaged, a recent liability letter from your bank helps the listing go live faster.
Yes. You can list a mortgaged property in Dubai at any time. Once you accept an offer, your listing advisor coordinates with your bank to obtain the liability letter and arranges the NOC and DLD transfer.
Yes. Provided you've paid the developer's required percentage (usually 30–40%) and your Oqood is registered with DLD, your property can be listed and marketed before handover.
