What does it cost to sell my property with fäm?

Selling with fäm is no sale, no fee. No upfront listing fees, photography fees, or marketing fees. A 2% agency commission applies only on successful sale completion at DLD transfer.

Can I sell my property if it's still mortgaged?

Yes. Once a buyer is in place, your sales advisor obtains the bank liability letter, coordinates the buyer's mortgage settlement of your loan, and arranges the NOC and DLD transfer.

Can I sell my off-plan property before handover?

Yes, this is called an off-plan resale. Provided you've paid the developer's required percentage (commonly 30–40%) and your Oqood is registered, you can sell before handover.

Do I need to be in Dubai to sell my property?
